By Black Bear Bakery taking small steps wherever possible, we can create positive change. We are seeking to use 90% sustainable products and ingredients by 2027.

Meet Raine

Raine is the Owner & Head Baker of Bear Bread Bakery in the Niagara Region, Canada.

A recent graduate of Niagara College‘s Bakery & Pastry Arts Program, Raine was honoured to be on the President’s Honour Roll for the 2022 Spring & Winter semester.

Raine has over eight years of experience in Café management for high-end cafés across Canada and 10+ years of experience in marketing & branding experience working with small to medium businesses, nonprofits & charities. They specialize in creative solutions for branding & e-Commerce needs.

They’ve developed strong roots in the Niagara region & are excited to showcase local Niagara ingredients & products in their baking.
